• Academic Dishonesty: Cheating and plagiarism will not be allowed (refer to the Rule of Academic Responsibility and Academic Disciplinary Procedures).
• Attendance: Regular class attendance is important. Consistent with the USC Undergraduate Bulletin, a grade penalty may be applied to any student missing three or more classes (10%) during the semester (both excused and unexcused absences).
• Calculators: No calculators are allowed in quizzes or exams.
• Math Tutoring Center: The Math Lab is a free tutoring service for all 100-level math courses. No appointment is necessary. See www.math.sc.edu/mathlab for details.
• Supplemental Instruction: The Supplemental Instructor for this course is Vy Doan. She will be holding three sessions a week in the Student Success Center (SSC) located in the top floor of the library.
